What would you say is the weirdest word in the English Language? I'd probably say... Crumpet

Same with silver, purple, month, ninth, pint, wolf, opus, dangerous, marathon, and discombobulate. Though there are a lot of "half-rhyming" words that go with Orange, but not proper rhymes like lozenge and Stonehenge.

define:crumpet = English muffin: raised muffin cooked on a griddle

Remember Google is your friend :)

    Sorry for double post,

Just remembered this one because it sounds funny. Saw them use it in a Sportscentre Top 10 for spelling bees.

It caused the kid to laugh: sardoodledom but it sounds like sardoodledum.

Just looked it up . ..it means:

mechanically contrived plot structure and stereotyped or unrealistic characterization in drama : staginess, melodrama

Ooooo good one... at first I thought it was either a fake word, or something to do with puke. Just dictionary.com'd the word and it's the passage-way to and from seating.
