You're overlooking the CIA assassination of Mohammad Mosadeq, which led to the Shah taking over Iran, brutally torturing his own people, and necessitated the Iranian revolution.

Conveniently picking up history at the revolution may work for your argument, but it's not framing Iran-US relations in a complete context.

I don't think you have any experience with Middle East foreign policy based upon the previous quote and this one.

1. The Iraqi government is Pro-Iranian. The ruling party is Da'Wa. Look them up. They are the terrorists who attacked the US embassy in Kuwait.

2. The Iraqis have not been under foreign occupation for the past 5,000 years.

3. "They may not like us being there, but at least they know that we're the only hope they've got right now." - That has to be one of the most ridiculous, arrogant and contradictory things you have posted.

4. The "enemy" are not foreign fighters. The enemy, are the anti-occupation, pro-nationalist Al Sadr Mahdi army. They are also natural Iraqis fighting for their freedom.

The occupation forces have been unable to produce any of these Iranian weapons they keep claiming are being used against the green zone. The foreigners are pro-Sunni, or pro-Da'Wa.

Please, do not take the path of ignorance so many on this forum have when it comes to the facts and realities on the ground. If you need sources for this research, PM me. What the Administration and a complicit domestic media report, is twisted and not based on reality.

No, I saw it.. I even have a screen shot of it just to make sure I was not going crazy. It was deleted at about the same moment I replied. If you notice, I quoted you, and what I quoted was also a quoted deleted post.

I laughed while writing it -- thinking - someone will cry and report it, if it is true ziya would report it, if not he wouldn't be bothered.

The joke was in reference to lies. But using the straight branch family tree type jokes. It has to do with the result of incest which causes brain problems in children.
