My Friends DP Account has been hacked, How to Recover It?

    Hello, my friend's account here at DP has been hacked. His username is: aqnshosting

    It seems like the 'hacker' changed his email and password, and he is wondering how to recover it back. Is it possible? He tried the "Forgot Password" but it says "Email Not Found"

    If email is not found there is too little to do. Moderators may have not time/access to DP's database to track back your friend's account activity and changes made to verify he/she is the legit owner, but I might be wrong.

    Wait for a mod's answer for sure ;)
