PP says transfer complete but money not in my bank

    i transferred money from paypal to my SBI on may 28. today it shows completed in pp account

    but money not came to my sbi :mad:

    previously i transfered some money on may 7 at that time i got money fastly on may 8

    now is it ok with the transfer ?

    Since Paypal does not own SBI, it would not be able to control how the transaction is handled and when the money actually gets to your account.

    Completed in Paypal merely means that they have completed the necessary paperwork and procedures on their end and have initiate the funds transfer to your account. I believe that there was the notification when you initiated the transfer which states that it would take between 5 to 7 working days for the money to get to your account. So there is really nothing to worry about, all you need to do is be patient. Since it is the weekends and that may not be considered as working days by your bank and thus the latest you should expect to get the money probably would be by wednesday.

    Completed means, that PayPal has filled all the papers, and directed their partner-bank to send the money. Usually it takes 5 to 7 days in India...

    The longest i ever had to wait (and it was my banks fault) was 3 days after paypal said that the transfer had been completed. It seems like it depends on the bank, allthough with the technology we have today, I don't see why this is even still an issue.

    i tried to transfer on may 28 and yesterday 6 pm i noticed in my bank it has transferred

    for u after wednesday because of weekends i think any way its better to submit for transfer :)
