    Yeah, I think you are OK.
    My search for HYIP monitor above showed that the 4 top results are all using Adsense, so you should be able to use Adsense also.

    High Yield Investment Programs were associated to pyramid schemes and scam activities not long a while. I would better ask Google before going with Adsense blindly.
