    Definitely a balanced diet - fruits, veges, protien even a little fat (from olive oil, nuts) and and carbs

    You can get protein from other sources than meat. It's not necessary.

    Naturally speaking, the best way to lose weight is to get yourself a boyfriend/girlfriend. This step isn't advised for minors, though;)

    What about fasting ?
    I heard that Chinese girls are heavily fasting to become slimmer !
    One tip,just a glass of water with lemon and little amount of honey after launch may reduce the fat.
    I am medium in physique(though bit tall),but my weight is comparably more than most of my friends.
    Is n’t weight without fat good for guys ?

    And what about girls ?:eek:

    Lift weights and eat like a champ, you'll gain muscle and burn off most anything you throw into your body.

    Eat clean, not candy, high fructose corn syrup..

    Lean meats, lean cheese, whole wheat breads, whole wheat pasta

    Eat several small meals a day, drink plenty of water.

    To just eat veggies and fruit is a disaster. Yes you can get protein other ways, it's extremely hard and just because something has protein does not make it a COMPLETE protein.

    Why are all you people saying great tips?? Of course that diet plan will shed weight but it is completely unbalanced and impossible to stay on for a long time, therefore leading to you falling off the wagon and piling on the lbs again. It will also cause muscle loss so while you might look slimmer you will not be fitter.

    All these fad diets promise you the earth but in the end they dont work because to lose weight healthily is actually quite simple: Eat less calories than you are currently taking in and do some exercise. If you need 2500 calories to stay at the same weight, if you eat 250 less per day and burn off another 250 per day doing exercise, you will have 3500 less calories per week which = 1lb weight loss. Work harder and eat less but do not undereat and starve yourself as this is seriously bad for your health. Losing a lb a week is easy if you are overweight and you could do 2lb if really overweight.
