    Rather than managing several relationships with different publishers, have you considered approaching an advertising network and have them manage the relationship with publishers. You can get much more reach by outsourcing your advertising needs.

    However we are an advertising network with +/- 10.000 affiliates,
    We have no problem with managing.
    Our business model works just fine for us.
