I'm afraid that is not possible, atleast not in US. But 5 years is very low for this as from humanity side, but from law side it is "much". I agree there should be much higher penalty.
I'm sorry but i find those who commit suicide increasingly selfish. Think about all the family she has left in torment, how are they supposed to continue their lives whilst grieving over their daughter, who killed herself so young. I feel sorry for Myspace as well, using their name to associate with such an idiot. Call me cold hearted, but it's reality. There are lot's of solutions if you're feeling suicidal, so many people willing to give up their time and help. For peat sake, you don't even have to get off your backside and visit them, they are just an email or phonecall away. So simple.
