You ever seen the ones the police use, where it shoots little rods that stick into your body? Yea, those rods conduct massive amount of electricity into your muscle and nerves causing you to loose any and all control of your body and if you're standing up you are going to have a nice face first fall into the ground. Those tasers have been known to cause severe convulsions and muscle spasms in people.
I'm against all weapons. I do think they should be used in extreme cases but not to keep people under control. People have died after being tasered..
In my opinion, if it has a bad effect on a criminal, so what? At least it's justice and all that malarkey. No, seriously, what with the ever so high increase in gun and knife crime, we need things like this. It's not as if a cop would use this on a kid robbing a candy store now is it?
Police get shot too.. If you don't want to get tase, all you have to do is claim the fxxk down. Most of the time these people get tase is because they resist arrest or doesn't follow the order of the police
Resisting arrest or disobeying orders from the police is no grounds to get tased. Tasers were made to use on people who were physically assaulting or extremely violent towards police.
