I am very curious to know about what kind of activities do all the members do to impress your bosses. I have made an e-card for my boss and also found a site which give voice wishes to him!! Hope this works for me on my boss birthday. Also suggest me what to do more for my boss.
Give something that's useful for him. Not only will he get to use that everyday, he'll tend to remember that it was you who gave that to him

He must be wearing new clothes shoes, done a nice haircut, praise him and give a present to him in front of staff members. he will be definitely impressed. I have done so many time and have succeded in raising my salary many times. Try this. Keep in mind that you must be the first one to do so.
