If you paypal it to i could pay it in cash to a person, or into a bank account. I can give you my tel no and meet the person. Again, you have to be quick, or im relying on local wifi hotspots with my iphone to pick up emails.

you can also use western union, but takes a day or so to arrive. that would be my recommended approach.
its not money exchange its helping out a fellow DP guy to transfer money to his friend that need for emergency. It is already done can close the post now
