Search Engine Optimiser/Link Builder Wanted

I have a list of just under 1000 links from various websites (including sub-pages of the same site) which I would like to replicate.

For this I will require you to do the following:

- Submit links, post on blogs in the list.

- Create reciprocal links with the sites in the list.


The list of sites will ONLY be disclosed to the chosen digitalpoint user. However, I will tell you the links are all on the home/garden niche market.
