Right. Like I said, I apologized. I did not know any better. It's done.

    Can we move on?

    Oh boy....

Trust me, you should respect your Buy-It-Now. Otherwise, you're gonna make a lot of people mad! (I'm sure the guy who offered $1,000 can understand)

You shouldn't post a BIN unless you are willing to sell at that price if someone offers it...

The high bid stands at 1,000 right now. I am going to close this in a little bit. If someone is interested in a higher bid, please post it here publicly.

Did we not get through to you how important it is to stick to your word when setting a BIN?

Your BIN was met. Sell it to that person. It's the honest thing to do.

Even if that's the case, I publicly topped $1000 by a $1 (again). I was the first one to post SOLD at BIN of $999. And for the record I am topping $1000 by a $1. My bid is $1001. So if u close it now, I shd get it either way.

I really missed something and was wondering about people who took too much time to meet the bin. Anyways congratulations to the buyer :)

Agree with Greg-J on this one. You are "legally obliged" to sell it at the BIN price if somesome accepts.

In law setting a bin price is "making an offer"
    eusophix "aceepted your offer"

When Eusophix accepted your offer to sell the website at BIN price, the website was sold the second that post hit the forum.

I have studied contact law @ degree level.

I've dealt with both Skunker and Eusophix recently and both are fair traders. Sell it to Euso for $999-- that is the right thing to do. BIN is not flexible or removable unless you lift it before someone offers that amount.

Guys, one thing first: where are the rules of this BIN info that you all speak of? I can't find it in this forum. If it's just etiquette, then I am sorry, but I was not aware of it ahead of time.

BIN is simply a definition: Buy It Now. Taken originally from eBay -- you post a starting bid and a BIN. If someone bids the BIN amount, they have immediately purchased the site at a fixed price like a normal sale. No further bids are accepted as they met your highest expectation. Setting too low of a BIN is a common occurance, but that is what it stands for... Buy It Now. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
