I knew freddy was working on becoming psychic but he hadn't get his full psychic license yet he's still on his permit. In all seriousness it's 100% impossible to predict a server outage when running a hosting business.
No idea who freddy is, but if a server is shut off for non-payment, it's not usually shut off the day it's due.. He has to be pretty behind for them to shut the servers off.

Okay so he's not a scam, but he needs to be more on top of things... I guess it's just a mistake but as Kip said he'd have to have a debt for a while for it to get shut down.
Well, I am not sticking up for him or going against him but... He may be away, depending on where he lives it could be memorial day, so he may be away or taking a day off from the computer with friends or family... Of course, he should have an alert sent to his phone when his site doesn't work so he can quickly go to computer or call his datacenter and see whats up!

Caro is very reasonable, it could have been a issue with some one sending spam or what not and they had to take the server off line until he contacted them.
Hey, iWhic: I got an email from Caro some time ago about a client sending bulk mails, i talked with the Client directly on msn and we agreed that this wouldn't happen again! Which i doubt it has, and if it has then Caro is obligated to informe me instantly trough mail when something like this happends! I have been to SLEEP guys, and YES my staff have tried to call me since 6 PM this evening (3:18am now) and only reached my dead cell phone! When the servers went down, around 6 PM GMT +1 according to one of my staff then i have got no email from Caro, it's now 3:19 AM and i still havn't recieved a single email from Caro about any situation what so ever! I am working to get in touch with Caro so they can explain their self and tell me how i can possible get everything back up and running! For the ones calling me a scammer -> Go away
