    Free-leads.net is giving up to 20,000 leads per weeks free. I have no experience with their leads but what do you expect with free stuff ?
    There are also lots of sites giving out free leads, including one which used to give 10,000 free leads DAILY or 300,000 per month !
    I doubt you will get any response from such leads.
