    www.FinanceDirectoryServices.com is a nationwide directory of Financial Services companies. The site contains a database of over 111,000 businesses, each with their own individual page. Site is brand new, assume no traffic or income yet.

    Each business listing page comes with Name, Address, Phone, Google Map, Ratings and Review function, so visitors can read reviews and leave reviews.

    There is also a 'Sponsored Listing' section for each city, so that you can upsell sponsored listings to businesses. Each sponsored listing will appear highlighted above the regular listings and can have a logo. Each individual Sponsored Listing Page gives the business a place to display a full Description of their services, along with a link to their site and photos if they want. Sponsored listings do not have an adsense ad under their business details, whereas the basic listing does (see examples below). This is a great selling tool when upselling to businesses. They get the following benefits from upgrading:
    1. Their listings appear at the top of the listings page
    2. Their sponsored listing page allows them to add full description, photos, 'dofollow' links, etc to promote their business
    3. No adsense ad under their details

    Script also uses mod_rewrite for SEO friendly urls, which also help create nicely target adsense ads.
    The site comes with an admin section to let you add/edit/delete regular listings, or upgrade a listing to sponsored.

    Site can be monetized with adsense (very high paying keyword niche) and affiliate marketing.
