http://www.imfilthyrich.com - this is a money blog in which I plan to help people get started on there road to internet riches. (and as I'm sure you've guessed, myself as well)

I explain on the site that i'm not millionaire, but that i'm working very hard on it.

If you may, i'm looking for ideas to make some money with this website - i'm doing good to get 50 cents a day from adsense.

    Thanks for checking it out!

Really the design is cool... what software powers it? Movable type?

    Good luck

You should really only make this site if your "Filthy Rich" or nobody will read it. Nobody is going to take your advice if your not rich. Just like nobody will listen to a bus boy about a stock tip yet everybody will listen when Warren Buffet says something.

Sorry It just will not work.

becoming filthy rich when your blog is talking about reducing debt. You're trying to go from one end of the spectrum to the other.

Personally you're liable for false advertising or fraud claims as you're NOT filthy rich.

To be honest, I think you'd be better off using it for webcomics poking fun at arrogant and filthy rich people. Or people who pretend they're rich. Or the ones who do dumb stuff to try and make money, then get banned from <whatever> advertising network. There's plenty of material on DP to inspire such comics. (Just look in adsense and various affiliate forums, plenty of banned threads and TOS violations threads.) Or something else humour- and money-related. But that's just my personal opinion.

I'd exit your site straight away if I came across it when looking for ways to make money. A debt-consolidation article and adsense blocks are the first thing I see. It makes me think "Made-For-Adsense".

If you really want to pursue publishing articles about how to get rich then you want a "mission-statement" so people know what your site is about at first look. Original articles about making money, not debt articles. Articles on genuine, personal successes in making money with x scheme.

But I really think webcomics is the way to go. I'd make such a site, but I have no talent whatsoever when it comes to drawing.

Perhaps you should consider buying a domain name that fits better with what your blog is intended to do. Maybe something like: IWant2BeFilthyRich.com or BecomingFilthyRich.com You get the idea. That way, people won't be mislead.

I think both names above are available by the way.
