    i have brought a email list, but after seeing some posts here i am thinking to myself should i use it.
    i dont want to spam nobodys inbox, but after paying my hard earned cash should i not use it?

    E-mail the people and ask them kindly if they opted in on the list. Leave a link to your site for those who opted in and an e-mail for people to opt out.

    toss the list out
    consider it a lesson learned
    you won't have any regrets it in the future

    if it is a million email list, then it cannot be opted in list. so any emails you send out will be considered as spam. only email list you should use is opted in list that is niche specific

    since u have a million IDs.. Whatever you do it will be spamming.
    Besides.. It would also cost you lots of network resources to send 1 mil emails.
    I would suggest passing it on :p Sell it :D

    Yea, they are prolly all opted in. All emails might on in Spam folder.

    Maybe he can sell it again to redeem his cost. :D

    I don't think that would be nice, it will be passing along to a potential spammer, we already had enough spams, better to discourage them rather than to encourage selling of such lists.
