[WTS] Unique Acne Niche Site 16,000 unique words over 40 pages !!!

Acne is a hot niche that is searched for everyday. Almost every person at some point in their life will suffer from acne and be looking for info or solutions. This site has 40 great keyword rich pages all targeting high searched keywords that also include affiliate products so you can make lots of money. All together there is about 16,000 unique words of content.

The site also includes a handmade "rss feed" page that can be used to submit the site and its pages ( up to 15 at a time ) to places such as pingoat and pingomatic. So while it is a static html/css website, it has the benefit of a blog.

I recently went back to work and have only promoted the site via submitting the feed page to the two sites listed above and nothing more. Please assume no revenue and no traffic. The site is indexed and is on page one of google for the main keyword of "acne medicaments" with no quotes and over 300K competing sites.

With proper promotion, this should easily make money every month via affiliate commissions and/or adsense.

I think you really need to lower your asking price because site has no PR, no traffic, no revenue... how can you charge $250 just for some content, a template and a domain?

 

Unique articles cost anywhere from $4-$10 each. This site has 40 of them. The opening bid barely covers cost of articles.
