I think talking about infractions is not allowed.

 

You don't have the most important thing to be success : POSITIVE THINKING.
If you got infraction, then think about the solutions so next time you won't get the same in the future.
Stop blaming and complaining. You are going nowhere with those two habit. Believe me.

Well, to be honest, all of the rules are written somewhere in the FAQ/Rules or the forum stickies and announcements. If you read and comply you'll not go too far wrong.

However, I have to agree that perhaps - with new stickies and announcements popping up left, right and centre - the rules are so widespread and subject to amendment that people have trouble finding specific items. We probably need to address that.

In the meantime, if you decide DP isn't for you, I can recommend a more relaxed, friendlier and less-dictatorial regime. See my location spot!
