SEO suggestions for site...

Hi, I would love to get some advice on optimizing my website for search engines. I have tried my best so far, i have my site on a PR 3 and not getting very good traffic on keywords, and another problem is consistency of site ranking, it shows 2 days on top and 2 days @ no ranking.

So just take a look at the website, give me some feedback/criticism on how I can improve it or how I have ruined it. If something other than SEO is horribly wrong, feedback is welcome on that too.

Ok, some suiggestion, hope this helps:

1.- use less keywords on the meta keyword tad

2.- Remove this tags:
<meta name="Revisit-After" content="3 Days" >
<meta name="googlebot" content="index, follow" >
<meta name="SLURP" content="index, follow" >
<meta name="MSNbot" content="index, follow" >
<meta name="rating" content="General" >
<meta name="distribution" content="global" >
<meta name="author" content="http://www.foundok.com/" >

3.- Move scripts to an external file, lots of code on the page, try to clean all this code using the external file.

4.- Submit your site to social bookmarking services, maybe you need some external links to help your site on the search engines: delicious, magnolia, furl, etc

 

I Strongly beleive that your site is lack of external links, Get some external links from Social Book marking or from any other source.

 

some of your meta tags are not useful.
your site has 17 BL from google need to do some link building. . .get links from related sites.

 

i think you collect some quality links and doing some directory submission also. and submit some article with related category.

 

How often do you update your website and add new content?

Try making at least a few new posts or pages a week. You can also syndicate your content on article directories like Vicky mentioned.

 

I also thing the link building is most important for stable ranking.

You should go for creating more of backlinks as your website is not having enough

 

Im making changes to my site probably all days..but updating my site 2-3 times in week, and site will crawl 1-2 times in week....
