What are your favorite photoshop resources?

I am putting together a list of resources for photoshop and am coming up kinda short, I am curious what everyone else favorite sites are when they are looking for some tutorials or help and what not.

I am really looking for GOOD photoshop resource sites in these categories:
    Tutorials
    Free Brushes
    Free Styles
    Contests
    And Forums,

I would especially like to know what everyones favorite photoshop forums are, I have been looking for one that has a helpful community and lots of users. I love digital point but I would like something particular to photoshop. I hope its ok that I ask about other forums on the dp forum, I know its general frowned upon, but I honestly want to find the best resources for my guide I am putting together :) I have been overwhelmed searching google, there are SO MANY resources for photoshop its almost impossible to find the best with just a search lol

So, let me know what YOUR favorite sites are, what sites have helped you in becoming a photoshop master?

Yeah, I know, but this is a forum for webmasters so I wanted to see what the webmsters themselves enjoy to use :) Even searching digg, 75% of the links that come up are just submitted by people to get into google and junk, its hard to find the really good stuff.

So many views yet no suggestions :(

I assume anyone that uses photoshop creates their own stuff, But where did you learn... ? What web resources did you use that made you better with photoshop?

C'mon people I just want some LINKS to good photoshop websites :p is that so hard? Maybe a good photoshop support forum? Or a good site for tutorials that you enjoy?

For brushes, I really like Vered's site. He has a ton of really nice grunge stuff:
    veredgf.fredfarm.com/vbrush/main.html

Other than that, you can look at the Adobe Xchange site. There's a few hundred brushes, actions, plug-ins, etc. It requires a registration however.

If you are heavily into Photoshop, sometimes its cost effective to pay for tutorials.

If you're not opposed to this you can try:

Photoshop User Magazine / The National Association of Photoshop Professionals at photoshopuser.com

99 bucks a year gets a subscription to their mag / tutorial and a user forum.

There is also the old reliable lynda.com with scads of great stuff both general and specific.

25 bucks a month or (I believe) 250 a year gets you unlimited tutorials.

thx flashcow, I am not really looking to learn photoshop, just looking for free resources to share with visitors of my blog, like good photoshop forums, tutorial sites, etc.

Lynda.com is great though, I remember using it when I was learning some 3d programs :)

I have just started an art and design forum which has a photoshop section

It would be really good if the people who have posted here would join and make it a really great forum to be.

As there are not many members so far you would be one of the founding members on the forum

The forum is the 2rd site in my sig

look forward to seeing you there!
