I've tweaked these photos to try and hide the panorama stitches - but I've been looking at them too long to be able to make an objective judgement... have I gone too far? +REP for anyone who can guess what city it is
no they look nice, especially the second one.. what camera do you have ? I only see a dark blue streak in the water at the left that I suspect is where you stitched them, but other than that I don't see obvious errors..
Pics were taken with my 'pocket cam'... a cheap Nikon L10 that I take everywhere I go. I bought it to use on my RC plane, but I've ended up using it more than my Fuji S9000 and old Canon 300D. Above the ducks? I didn't tweak the water, only the sky... I can see the stitch REALLY clearly now you mention it. ----- Try harder!
I am not able to figure out why are you calling them as fake. I mean they can be figured out after a constant look that they are fake but still they are awesome.
It's not so much that they're 'fake'... but I've tweaked the stitch points, and messed around with the sky
At first glance you wouldn't even suspect they're fake but if you'd take a closer look then you may start to suspect. I like the 2nd pic. With the 1st pic, I find the very light clouds a bit unrealistic... especially those found on the right
The clouds in the top right of #1 are the only REAL thing in the sky in that photo! That's nature for ya' Nope! digitalduke was closer...
No tripod, handheld Nope! You're close though ... Getting colder! (but not literally). I like to travel south for my holidays every year (BIG HINT)
The pictures look nice to me. I can see some darker patches if I look closely but probably wouldn't notice them otherwise. Is it Hobart?
