Lost ranking for all keywords except for 1?

That is weird. I track my website in google search results for 10 keywords. All of them were on the first site for a couple of months now, some of them even #1.
Since yesterday I lost all the rankings, I'm nowhere to find, except for one keyword, where I'm still #1 in the results. I didn't change anything, and haven't used any forbidden ways to build traffic.
The webpage is www.debate-motions.in?o, any idea why this happened?

    tnx

well, google dance has been going on with that domain, because some of the keywords jumped up and down 1, 2, 3 site of the results in the past, but this is too much.
I have all of my sites on info domains, and just hope that it does not mean that google takes them as spam.
This would mean, that goole destroyed the domains and in the past they were claiming, that thy do not care on what domain thesite is located (except .org or .gov) and now I just hope that has not changed
We will see in a couple of days.

    Probably due to link spamming.

Many people build too many low quality links in a short period of time.

The links will boost SERPs till Google has time to score them fully.

Once the links are found to be of little value website rankings fall.

This also would explain why it seems to effect .info, .com, and blogger sites mentioned.

    Hi there,

This has happened to my .info domain since last night and I am really upset at it.

All my 300 keywords have stopped working in Google but my site still appearing in Google with site:www.sitename.info and www.sitename.info.

Yesterday I received 600 visitors from Google and today only 4.

My .info domain is one and half years old. I never did spamming or adopted prohibited ways to promote the site.

I do Free directory submission and very seldom links exchanges.

Can any expert tell me please what why it has happened?

Is it a permanent problem or temporarily.

I will be thankful for any help.

    Regards

    You wont like this but

Your scraping Yahoo Answers for content.

The links at the bottom of your pages speaks to the fact your site is spammy

    |health |cancer |hotels|obesity

Im sure some how hotels has something to do with debate as does cancer....

Lastly your meta data across all pages is the same....

You basically have an MFA site and Google hates those ....

First site in your sig links uses content from another site.

    http://copyscape.com/view.php?o=191...http://www.nutritional-fitness.co.uk/&w=52&c=

I can't believe you actually thought Google would not mind if you republished someone else's content..

While you might not consider it spamming... submitting to free directories is seen by Google as useless,, since these directories will accept all sort of junk sites the links from them have little to no value.

Basically when you submit to most free directories your site is among the "bad neighborhood" section of Webmaster Guidelines...

    Hi guys,

    Don't panic (not yet)

I'm in the same boat, my article directory (The Leading Articles) was receiving almost 2,000 visitors a day now a little bit less than 100.

But it's not the first time this happens to me.
Usually it lasts 2 or 3 weeks then I receive more traffic than before the drop.

It seems to me that sometimes Google has to determine new rankings for some webpages and while it's doing so it just removes those pages from its search results. Once the new rankings are calculated your links will just reappear.

    At least I hope so.

But from experience if you have only white hat websites and don't try to cheat Google it's possible that you get better rankings in the near future.

    Cheers,
    Vita Vee

I think Vitavee is right. Nevertheless traffic for my blogspot blog has also fallen by 5 times but I there isn't need of creating chaos. Everything will be just as before.

Yahoo answers for content? Not really true. Im using some sources, actually two websites, that publish the same content as I do, sometimes they get it up faster, sometimes its me.

Well, yes, Ive sold a couple of links.... Not sure, that it sould have such an effect, and saying that its a MFA webpage, with so much original content, is just an overstatement.
I will work on the meta content, even if google webmaster tools report same meta data for only 14 pages or a couple more....

I will wait, just wanted to see, if other people have simmilar problems.

And btw, I got an infraction for publishing this thread in the wrong category, where should I've publish it then?
