Brand new Niche Content Site

    Up for grabs is my latest niche content site. The site is in Vacuum Cleaner niche and includes a custom set of 10 articles that are 100% unique created by my writer.

    The site also comes with a pleasant template that was created in xhtml & CSS. The site utilizes php server side includes for easy editing of the site, editing and adding ads etc.

    The Site is new, so no PR, revenue just yet.
    Domain is with godaddy, free push to another godaddy account and I can provide the epp code if you wish to transfer to a new register.

    Hi Keith.

    Theres a link on the left hand side, "some interesting terrier dogs" not sure what that has to do with vacuum cleaners :p


    How easy is the admin of this site? is there an admin panel? i.e for adsense, etc?

    Is the content unique? Does copyright of the articles transfer to the new owner?

    Hi D.E.O,

    That link was my mistake, The navigation is made of a php loop that reads all the files on the site and spits out the menu, The link was from an old site I just sold, It's fixed now, sorry about that.

    Admin side of stuff is very easy. PHP includes are fantastic. Sidebar ads can be inserted into one file, but if you wanted to insert adsense into the main content area, just ask and I can create a file for you.

    All content is unqiue and full rights will be transfered to new owner. I have decent itrade here so I'm not shady.

    lower your bid and i might consider making a bid. a starting bid of 80 and BIn of 100 doesn't make much sense.
