HTML Code needed to break link from i frame.

Hi all, can someone give me the code to make a link in an i frame open up its own page.

a link inside the iframe should have target="_blank" as the target.

Example:
<a href="http://www.google.com" target="_blank">google</a>


FYI:
If your iframe has someone elses site displaying in it, there is nothing you can do to make THEIR links open in a new window, unless they have it setup like that.
