I am new in selling pages.

I would like to sell page mafia2forum.com with all content.
Includes:

• mafia2forum.com domain
• wordpress with custom template
• phpbb with custom template
• all the articles in the database
• 40 posts and 17 pages(wallpapers etc.)

traffic is abou 250UIP all around the world.
not monetized now, but with adsense it makes about 2$ daily.

Please tell me, how much do you think, that it is worth?

Why am I selling? I am working on my diploma thesis and then I would like to travel, so I will not have time to work on it.

Hello, the domain is registered by some Czech registrar(www.web4u.cz), but there is no problem to transfer it to godaddy or somewhere. It was registered in January 2008.

I have stopped adsense on 14. because I tried some ads to increase traffic and it korked.(AdWords)
