    PM for url to protect buyer

    It is run on vbulletin and the license is included in the sale. It's an owned license worth $160. I will transfer it to the new owner. I would prefer whomever buys the forum have previous vbulletin experience. If not, I can provide my services for an extra fee to set things up. I am not trying to make mountains out of plains and have a good idea what the site is worth. Here are some additional facts......

    1. The traffic the site receives right now is from search engines entirely (see screen shots). The site is PR2 with a very nice domain name.

    2. Very high ranking for site specific keywords.

    3. People sign up every day, but don't always make a post. There is no income, it has not be monetized, ever.....

    4. Custom logo that you will be the new owner of.

    5. The domain name, site, vbulletin license, and content will be yours after the sale. You will need to leave the links that are on the homepage for 2 more months. Bandwidth is minimal, so a shared plan will work for now.

    There is no revenue, I really never did anything on that side of the house because I was focusing on getting the community going. Which it is now.

    I will start you at $100. How old is the license?

    BTW, you should make a note that its not the site in your signature so it doesnt throw people off. Because some people would just click that link thinking its the site for sale without checking with you to make sure.
