    I think the page layout could be better, the adsense ads are placed in frames I think this
    is a mistake.

    You may want to consider making the menu on the left side of the page look more like the AdSense block on the opposite side of the page. Right now, the ads are placed in such a way that makes it *very* clear that they are ads.

    Try blending in the adds on the right into the background. Most of the time ppl don't click on them if they thing there adds.

    Try placing a large rectangle text ad block within the main text. the google search bar is too long, go to ad setup and reduce the number of characters for the search bar to make it fit.

    I agree that the border around the ad block looks wrong...it separates the ads from your site rather than using the ads as extra related links...they look like ads.

    I would also ad some images to the text body, spice it up a little more...

    Goodluck and fyi 190 impression to one click is pretty normal.
