How it will work is you'll need to join the forum http://admin-ville.com/forum and there'll be a private forum for the posting team/staff and the admins of the site will post different jobs for different prices. And whoever signs on and posts in the thread from the team that they want the job will get it. Same with articles. The posts will run .09-.20 cents/post depending on the job.
