Lets say my site was making around 10-20 dollars a day. How much could I sell this site for? I know your gonna ask what the content is. Its not warez, but in general, how much will this site cost? Its a fully automated site that doesn't need attention. Just by the 10-20 dollars a day revenue, how much do you think I can sell this for if thats all the information I can give and btw its not a warez site. So it makes around 300-500 dollars in adsense a month.
Ok it depends how long you have had this website and there are other metrics if someone buys this website will they have their adsense jeopardize in a way or other. If all is clean and you make $20 a day which is $600 a month. Quick calculation says 600x10, that is your monthly income x 10 and it is $6000 but i doubt you will sell it for that high, unless the niche is good and it has traffic remember when it comes to buying revenue is not the only thing a buyer looks for but you could sell it for somewhere 3000 or so i would say..
10 times monthly income if your traffic and income is stable and you have atleast few months of proven track record. if the traffic and income is not stable or if you don't have the site running for atleast few months, then it would be less. on the other hand, if your site has potential and is growing at a steady pace, then it could be more than 10 times monthly income. its hard to tell actually as there are so many variables that comes into consideration in site appraisal
It may be worth 3 - 4 thousand, but you probably won't sell it at that, maybe 1 - 2 thousand is possible.
Eh, its a little secret since I don't want you guys copying it. Also its not a warez site where you download anything illegal or those free movies site. I can just tell you it doesn't need maintaining.
