PR2 'Depression' Niche Site - 100% Unique Content

    I have had this website for about 2 years but I just don't have the time to work on it. It has a PR2 and receives around 300 unique visitors a month.

    You could easily increase traffic with this site as those visitors are just coming in without me promoting the site whatsoever.

    The domain is http://www.depressiondays.com

    I am not really making any revenue on this site at the moment as I have not been promoting it at all

    There are plenty of affiliate products that you could promote on this site from Clickbank and Amazon and you could add Adsense to it also.

    There is over 14,000 words (22 pages) of Unique content all of which was written myself and is 100% Unique. All content is based on Depression keywords. There have been a few articles submitted to directories a while ago which I'm sure are what bring in the traffic that the site gets.

    I will deliver files in a zip file, payment to be made through Paypal.

    Domain is registered at GoDaddy and I will transfer if free to your GoDaddy account.

    I will keep the auction open for 3 days

    The reason I haven't decided on a BIN is that this is the first website I've sold so I'm not too sure what to ask for it.
