582 Impr. = What earnings?

    hi,

    I have got a proxy site. Yesterday, I got 582 impr and just 4 clicks and just 0.49 $ earnings.

    My friend got 400 impr. , he got 35 clicks and earned $3.5

    THERE is so big diff. :( :( .

    Help me.

    yeeh very bad CTR on proxy sites, ppl come to go on myspace at skool, not to click on ads. you'd be verry lucky to get clicks man

    Depends what you are advertising - if you advertise drugs then you can earn big money per click, if you advertise humour sites the clicks can earn you very little (I was getting 3 cents a click for humour and $2 for drugs).

    It depends on your ads placement, colors, blending, etc.
    You should test different configs for a few days / weeks and see what's working best for you.

    Make a myspace proxy site and place only adds directing to myspace :p Use ads on proxified pages

    Your ads are in silly places for proxies - They need to be higher up and around the URL Bar.

    CTR for proxy sites is really low.

    Try other niches. Also, optimize your ads placements. Try different ad units.

    is your friend also running proxy site? s/he must not but if it is proxy site, then do what your friend does. as everyone else said above, ctr and earning for proxy are really low
