    "free?" Komodo. Mind the quotes haha. But I don't know of any FREE ones. But PHPEdit is good too.

    You can use phpdesigner, dream weaver or Eclipse. You can also go to sf.net and search for open source PHP IDE. There you will get many free PHP IDE
