I have a website that run adsense on it. Can I use a par per click service such as Bidvertiser for example to drive traffic to my site?
    Is this allowed by Google?

I would not advise that unless you want to get banned.

The best idea is: contact the adsense support team.

I do not want to use both on the same site but rather drive traffic to a site monetize by adsense.
    Is this possible?

You can buy clicks to gain traffic, you can't have more than one ad provider on the one page (google hate competition).

    Not true.

"You're welcome to display Google ads on the same site or page as other third party advertisements provided that the formatting or colors of the third party ads is different enough from that of the Google ads. In other words, if you choose to place non-Google ads on the same site or page as Google ads, it should always be clear to the user that the ads are served by different advertising networks and that the non-Google ads have no association with Google. If the formats are naturally similar, we ask that you choose different color schemes for the competing ads."

I am telling what I have seen in various websites:
    1. Using more than one publisher in the same page including adsense.
    2. I have seen website running adsense on its at the same time driving traffic from adwords.

Then why cant he put adsense on the site and invest money in bidvertiser to drive traffic. I think its allowed as many webmasters are doing what do you guys think ?

I do all of the above. Driving traffic with one network to profit from the other is simple "PPC Arbitrage" and some people make a fortune at it.

I stand corrected then - I obviously don't keep up to date with the TOS. When I started you weren't allowed too.

I would suggest using only one program either adsense or bidvertiser

To be on the safe side, I suggest you contact adsense support and ask them.

If your site converts well for the AdWords advertisers it will be fine for Google.
Otherwise they could ban you. Why don't you try with organic traffic instead?
