Amazing 4 letter .org domain, the domain alone is worth a lot! Easily brandable and sounds like, well, say it out loud and work it out

Forum used to receive about 1000 a day from Google alone, about a month ago the site dropped to about 80th for 'Watch Movies Online' and so the traffic dropped to about 200 day. It used to be about 8th.

Some of the biggest incoming links were from PR5 and PR6 sites which lost their PR in the last update. What the site needs is some more link building doing.

The forum has a few hardcore members who keep posting (not me!). I currently pay a moderator a small monthly fee for him to moderate the dead links.

Income streams are Google Adsense Referrals and TNX. Adsense referrals were about $10 a day when the traffic was up, now it's about $2-$4. TNX is pretty hard to judge. There will be a shift in moving over to your TNX acount, which we will need to work with the TNX staff in order to fix it as smooth as possible.

Forum runs on phpbb2 which is heavily modded. It hasn't had a spam registration in MONTHS due to the amount of mods in place.

No BIN yet, as the forum currently runs itself, other than cleaning up my portfolio I've no urgency to sell this site off, so Im happy to let an auction run it's course.

As for revenue proof, I'll take screens of the adsense referrals and the TNX, although TNX doesn't really lend itself to stats reporting.....

One of the mods I did was an advertising one, so you could privately sell banners and the script rotates them. I think they're currently set to show after the first post, and then every ten.

I did try adengage, and createtd a thumb rotator to use movie covers, put the pageload time increase wasn't worth the extra $ a day.

 

Aprils Adsense Referrals were $122.00

In order to never have any problems with adsense, I redirect all traffic to my own firefox download site. This ends up in slightly lower installs, but never risks losing your adsense account.

I recommend the new owner do the same thing. If you don't have one, I can provide details of a service that you can use to the same effect.

If the new owner joined in with the members and posted movie links, this could grow as big as movieforumz was! Members have to be signed in and reply to view any links posted, so its got some great mods to keep the board active!!!!

$400 takes it, with current adsense and any extra revenue you decide to add, thats less than 4 months earnings!

Ive also spoken to the guy I pay to mod the board and he's happy to continue at the same rate (pm for details)
