sitemap.xml limit

    is there a limit inside of sitemap.xml itself ? i have few million of URLs on one of my sites, I was thinking to implement sitemap, but I just want to make sure that there is no limit.

    also, how's google/yahoo and/or any other SE going like my few million URLs sitemap?

    Sitemap files have a limit of 50000 URLs and 10 MegaBytes per sitemap
