Joomla - add a custom module position

I need to hire someone that can add a module position called "custom" in the header of my template at the top right where the banner is in the picture attached below. It will need to be 468x60 and have the ability for me to change the size if necessary. I will also need the current PokerTrainingGuide logo moved from the center of the page to the left side to accomodate the new banner position and the logo will still have to be clickable. The logo and the new banner will need to be horizontally aligned as shown in the picture below.
