Building Web pages that people will find useful; nothing more, nothing less. For example, if your Web site is a reference, changing its contents all the time can kill the credibility of the site (though adding to it and updating pages as needed to ensure accuracy of the content won't have such a negative impact). However, if it's a news site, then you need to update the content routinely - usually daily - in order to be relevant to what your users are using the site for.

In other words, it depends entirely on the Web site.

building websites that people remember no matter what, until they start searching for your .com on google. That in a way takes out the filter of your website and bam You are in.

Sorry, my Friend, I do not understand what you are about. The question is different, nothing deals with filters

For the first site, you might be able to get away with the same content, but I'd definately rotate those testimonials - you don't want dated feedback on your site if you're going to continuously offer a service.

Your second site offers a sales pitch - curiously written from an editorial standpoint (I like that). I wouldn't worry about changing it (much) if it's working for you.

Your third site though, I'm not so sure. It looks like a reference site, but it's engaging in commerce. Depending on what exactly the site does, I'd either leave the content, or replace it every once in a while to target a specific campaign or promotion.

Bear in mind though I just glanced at these sites - I didn't look at them in-depth.

As far as the title is concerned, I would leave the title the same if it reflects the content of your site and has the keywords you need to rank for in it. When you change the title of your home page it can cause you to lose your position in the results.

I think changing title of pages is not a good idea. However, updating your site content will help your site to be crawled faster.

I don't think it makes any difference. I update my sites, in some cases daily and they still rank high.

well you wouldn't want the content to stay the same for years, you would want to update it as often as possible with new material. By adding content you are giving the spiders something new to search which, hopefully, means you'll be getting better standing in the search results.
