Do I need to rebuild my site?

I posted my site in the review section of this site to have see what you folks thought. I got good feedback overall, but a few people mentioned that my site loaded too slow. Check it out and let me know what you think. (My loads very fast for me from my PC, so I cannot tell)
I built the home page site mainly in Photoshop, and just added splices where I wanted a link. I want to know what I can do to make the site work better.

Also I just set my site up with AdSense and I do not seem to be getting relevant ads. I realized that I should put more keywords on the site.
Any suggestions on rebuilding the the site in HTML vs Photoshop would be helpful.
    Thank,

    Marc

Yeah, you need to rebuild it. You have no text content since it's all contained in images, which means the search engines won't have anything to index (which will make any search engine optimization campaign or strategy a moot point), people who don't have images turned on won't be able to see anything (especially mobile device users who will be paying through the nose and then some in bandwidth charges), and people on slow connections will leave before the page even finishes loading.

If I were to rebuild this site, I'd use semantic markup instead of tables for the layout, then put the content inside of that and let the stylesheet determine how the site will look and feel (when it comes to change the layout, just change the stylesheet and graphics - the HTML should be able to handle the new layout if coded properly).

I agree. The reason why it is taking so long to load is because your image files are a heck of a lot bigger than a coded html page is. Don't depend on adobes html creater...unless theyve made it any better over the years. definitely use html so you can put some SE readable content as Dan has said.

I agree zero text means zero seo. It would redo it all with stylesheets.

When you say "redo my site", I'm assuming you're just talking about the main index page. That's the only page I have problems with. Like others have said, you should have actual text on the page, not 100% images. This will allow the search engines to crawl your website and display relevant results.

For adsense, you need text so that google can determine what kind of ads to display.

That said, I have to admit that it LOOKS pretty good. CSS can be your friend.

I updated the home page and added text. Google now crawls and I am getting relevant content. Thanks to all who gave input.

I am no longer using a Photoshop style page, I went to a CMS; and that works so much better for me. Oh, how we live and learn!
