How Can it be possible??

Hi, how can be possible that a page that its not linked from my webpage for months, it has the highest pr(pr5) of the web

 

Google does not show all backlinks, the backlinks could be gone and the visual tool bar page rank indicator has not been updated (usually updates every three months or so). PR does not mean much anyways.

check it on multiple sites

 

first, pagerank goes up to 10...not 5

It this page gets a few very good BL from other sites... it can get the highest PR in all your website

 

This happens all the time, if you provide good content someone may link
to your page unknowing to you and your pr will increase.

 

the thing is, that the page it wasnt the main page, and it was not very popular(its impossible that it had any backlink). This is why i am doing the question.

Before the new pr update, it had pr 0, it was in the new update of pr, when google give me pr 5

 

Sorry i forgot to tell, that it was not since the new pr update, it happens after google forgave me about a penalitzation that they give to me because links sales

 

well I guess... then you should be happy... you are out of the sandbox... and to start with you got a good PR rank... well can you just paste the URL of that page here... so that we can also give it a shot... and see if we are also seeing the same rank and its not just a cookie issue....

Are u comparing 2 websites,anywayz i have seen website which have pr 6 which was updated once in every month
