I currently have registered all my own domains with IXwebhosting. There templates are disgusting and shit, and have heaps of irrelevant pictures, which you can't move.

How do i get a simple script to make a simple landing page on my own domain?

    What templates? What pictures?

You don't need a script to make a landing page. Just put up a simple html page.

As Kerosene says you just need a simple page no script is needed. you can get some quite good free templates here http://www.sixshootermedia.com/free-templates/ , no, I am not affiliated here and these are 100% free.

    good luck

Just upload the folder in the same structure as it was when you downloaded it.

If you change the structure you'll have to edit the .html file to bring up the css file and js scripts.

you don't have an index page. you have an index file in your root directory, normally in public_html/yourdomainname/index.html or php etc

and yes copy the files to your website in the same tree structure as you downloaded them with the index file ending up as described above. then you can start editing the index files, the css file sets all your colours, formats etc so just leave that until you are happy with your content and then play around with format amd colours etc.
