Best advertising alternative to Google

I am looking for a new advertising option. I can't afford google anymore with all their quality score bs. I am looking for a place with lots of quality volume and minimum bids of less than $0.10. I have tried ABC search but the traffic quality was low and thy just increased their minimums to 0.10. Now I am using enhance it's fairly good but the traffic quality is pretty bad. Has anyone out there had a good experience with other services?

Yahoo would be next one i think. Try smaller sites like adbrite bidvertiser and adengage

Find Yourself advertisers from Your city or state.
I stopped using any alternative, because the best solution for every website owner is to find clients for advertising by them self.
And now, I get money by pageviews, not by clicks.
This solution works for me, try something like this.

Agreed to rcj662 - Yahoo is the next best alternative - but it's for US only. Not good for non-US enthusiasts :p

MSN Adcenter is second. YSM does'nt do it anymore.

I have not had luck as an advertiser with Adbrite, Bidvertiser.

adCenter is a good alternative, they have min bids from 0.05. It can't deliver the amount of clicks Google does but traffic quality is the best.
Yahoo's traffic doesn't seem to be converting for me :S.
