    I need a programmer for a simple blog portal. The blog portal will be using http://mu.wordpress.org

    The portal allows user's to create their own blogs with wordpress. I want it to be simple to register and setup a blog from my website. All blogs will have a couple of banner areas that I should be able to change via a admin panel.
