I have one idea but stress it is just a theory.

As several posters have said it IS possible, often normal, to have multiple adwords accounts. However, to the best of my knowledge, you are not allowed to have the same keywords or links to the same site. This is to stop people occupying (say) the top 3 slots with ads to the same website.

Did you do this? I ask because you only mention having ONE website. If you did then I THINK they would consider that trying to gain unfair advantage at the detriment of other advertisers.

    its just a thought................

    Hi Linkpro,

If you're not able to get your AdWords account reconciled, you may want to look at Allfeeds.com - I've never used them for advertising (or any other company, for that matter), but I've had good results with their publisher programs. You can click on the link in my signature if you want more info.

They prevent this via automation....and at times some human intervention. See AdWords Double Serving Policy. I've never heard of anyone getting banned for it...although I suppose it could happen.

That is why I asked what got the original ban. The poster seemed to indicate that they did not start making new accounts until initially getting banned... I would think it is harder to get banned from AdWords than AdSense..

Yes it is certainly - to be banned from Adsense is more easy as all you need is just a few clicks on you own site ads.

But is possible to be banned from Adwords.

The only one reason that we heard until now is to insist in promoting gambling stuff- but we don't know if they ban you if you insist in violate the double serving policy.

Don't know that you can do much until you hear back from the Big G. You said that you contacted them, and you are "under review". Give it time. Wait for a response.

It sounds really strange: Google deleting the account of a paying customer. You would have thought that a company would be reluctant to let go of someone who pays them the dough.

But this is probably in line with their attempt to keep the AdWords/AdSense programs clean and reputable.

Wow, a lot of misconception in here!

This is directly from Google, explained verbatim...

Can I have multiple AdWords accounts?

Google maintains a high standard for our user experience and the quality of our advertising. In order to preserve the quality and diversity of ads running on Google, we don't allow advertisers or affiliates to have any of the following:

Ads across multiple accounts for the same or similar businesses.
Ads across multiple accounts triggered by the same or similar keywords.
Individuals advertising for themselves or for their own businesses may only have a single AdWords account. However, your account may contain multiple Ad Groups and ads triggered by the same or similar keywords.

Only client managers (such as third parties or search engine marketers) who use a My Client Center can have multiple AdWords accounts. All associated accounts must be linked to the manager's My Client Center account. If you're interested in creating a My Client Center so you can manage multiple AdWords accounts for other people, you can sign up for Google Advertising Professionals. This program provides you with free tools and training to help you manage clients successfully.

    UPDATE:

They contacted me and had me send CC information on ALL accounts and said signup with a different account and you should be good. I asked them if my account will freeze and they told me it would work.

I signed up and it worked (for 1 hour) and froze. AH frustration is not good.

This is normal - your account is under review status - it runs 1 hour per day and pause until next day.

    STOP CREATING NEW ACCOUNTS!!! :D

They told me to create a new account. The rep was aware of all other accounts.

No the accounts are not under review. They don't run at all for over a year.

I have got the response from Google Adwords and just saying like this :

    Thank you for your email.

Due to difficulties with previous Google advertising-related accounts you
created in either the AdSense or AdWords programs, we are unable to allow
you to advertise on Google again.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdWords Team

    ---------

Please help me what should I do next to solve this problem?

what did you do before to get banned? Remember they are under no obligation to open an account for you again.

Look for new programs by someone other than Google.

Is that possible that I try to keep contact them to solve the problem or let other people handle the advertising instead of myself?
