    I will suggest Drupal. Prefer Its very easy to get started. Only thing Drupal Lacks is some good themes.

    Unfortunately I don't think so. But I think they worked on this aspect a bit in Drupal 6 (latest version).

    yup i'm agree with you, in my opinion drupal is better than joomla but drupal themes is not good
