Listen to Green Day (or the Foxboro Hottubs as they're going by now), very loud... and sing along. Never fails.
I usually go to the park and run for half an hour during the week and try to keep busy. On weekends i get drunk.
...I just woke up from a 2 hour nap. Ordered a pizza and it should be here in 20 minutes. AND I FEEL GREAT!!!!
Do some sports activities. Its one great way to take out boredom and at the same type improves health!
