I recently bought the domain TeenageProfit.com because I know it has great potential. I was just hoping to get some thoughts on what I should turn this domain into? There are many possibilities, a MMO blog, eBook site, forum etc. What do you think will make the most revenue? Thanks in advanced.
yeah, start with a blog and work your way up from there when you get some decent traffic and return rates =) Then you can move to things like guest bloggers, perhaps a forum and / or social networking. There are a few things you could do with that one =)
yeeeah what BlohG said.. good idea... and you can refer your visitors to money making sites that sell ebooks on making money and you get a percentage of the sale...
Thanks for the suggestions guys, seems like starting a blog seems to be a good idea. I'll let this thread run a bit longer, and then update you on what I choose. The only problem with a blog is...I'm not sure I have enough ideas to write about..I have tried blogging before but found myself slacking off a lot. I could just get other people to write the content for me?
By my opinion as domain name says it should be website dedicated to teens which wants to earn some money or start some new business. It doesn't need to be blog, better then that is making sort of website were teens can get "information about actions or donation for making their own business easier" and with some money influence and help from government founds or NGO organizations. It could be very useful and it can be very well visited website and best of all is that you do not need any ideas about writing, ect Anyway, God luck with it, what ever you decide.
How would I get information on this? And wouldn't this depend on the country they are in? If possible, I'd like this to be an international thing. +Rep added to some of you btw, thanks for the ideas (and keep them coming!)
A guide/blog on how a teenager can make money online, like most people posted is a good idea. To elaborate, I think you should incorporate means of teenagers legally acquiring domans and hosting services with a credit card, legitimate use of PayPal, etc. If you could provide a way for teenagers (the ones under 18) to get this stuff such as free hosting links, that would be a big plus. I mean the only thing that seperates adult webmasters and teenage webmasters is legality issues so I think you should focus on that.
Not to keen on making a directory..at the moment leaning towards the idea of a blog..and then once I get my subscriber count up then maybe releasing an eBook. RFlame that is a good point..I may look into that more. Another idea is just to sell the domain for quick cash..but I'm not sure how much it would go for...and I'm sure I'd make more money adding content to it and then selling.
Sorry for not responding before, I was quite busy this days and I didn't come to this topic. You can find that kind informations all around internet, but you cannot find it on same place, thats where you can get and block the whole, and yes it would be the best to have some international thing. I have recently used some foundations websites like Soros foundation to collect infos like I have been proposed to you in post before. Once, you get in these, you'll be in this thing totally for few months. Surf the web for a while, find some foundation website like soros, find their projects and than see who is their partner and go to the partner websites after, and just circule around and You'll find plenty of infos. After a while, you can get some budgets from international organisation that supports that kind of website.
