I tried to sell this site before I left the country to do volunteer work, but I only received PM's and emails two days after I left.... heh. Trying to clean up my server before I move to another one. Great site for someone to practice their SEO skills, for a flip in a few months, or for a absentee money maker.

Small, but loyal, group of posters. If you did some paid posting, these members would jump on the opportunity to talk (and increase your indexed pages...) They will provide a strong base to welcome new members and answer their questions.

$7-$15/month Adsense income, banners would probably be a better income opportunity.

Please don't ask for income proof or traffic stats. This is a cheap price and a quick sale... I want to do as little as possible.
