There's been a lot of interests and emotions on this thread so I will provide more information.The BIN is $35,000. Last month's revenues was $750, but it's not on an optimal affiliate program. It can do a lot better right now with a different affiliate program. This site is better for someone who wants to take it to the next level and is willing to put forth the work. The site ranks in the top 30 of Google for every competitive keyword in the payday loans vertical.

If you are looking at the value of the site solely on current revenues, then you're wasting your time. The potential of the site along with the short reach to get into the top 10 makes the site a gold mine (for the savvy individual). So obviously if I were in the top 10 now for all the major phrases I would not be selling it for 35k.

Why am I selling? I'm new in the payday loans vertical, and I prefer to focus on the verticals I know well, but I'm not in a hurry to sell.

I've been very selective regarding who I've provided the url to. I've been around DP long enough to know who's really interested and who just wants to take a peak.
